Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting a mailbox, or using MailPlate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MailPlate is operated and legally managed by Aahav Labs. The current app domain is https://mailplate.aahavlabs.in.

MailPlate is a unified inbox application that lets users connect Gmail and IMAP/SMTP mailboxes and manage email through one interface. The service is in active development and may change over time.

MailPlate, its product experience, brand presentation, codebase, website, service design, and related legal rights are managed by Aahav Labs. All rights are reserved by Aahav Labs unless otherwise stated in writing.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You must contact us at hi@aahavlabs.in if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You may connect only mailboxes that you own or are authorized to access.

You agree not to use MailPlate to:

• Send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to MailPlate, connected mailboxes, or third-party systems.
• Interfere with service operations, rate limits, security controls, or infrastructure.
• Violate the terms of Gmail, your IMAP provider, or any connected third-party service.

You retain rights to your email messages, drafts, attachments, and mailbox content. You allow MailPlate to process that content only as needed to provide user-facing features such as inbox rendering, search, sending, replies, labels, and account actions.

MailPlate depends on services such as Google, Supabase, Vercel, and the IMAP/SMTP providers you connect. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

MailPlate may be free during beta. Paid plans, feature limits, or availability may change in the future with notice where appropriate.

You may stop using MailPlate or request account deletion by contacting hi@aahavlabs.in. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates security risk, or harms service operations.

MailPlate is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. You are responsible for keeping independent backups of email data that matters to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aahav Labs and MailPlate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

We may update these terms as MailPlate evolves. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date above.
